✨About Beauty by Lexi✨ Beauty by Lexi is my private luxury salon studio in Topeka, Kansas, where I specialize in seamless hair extensions and dimensional, lived-in color. I created this space with the intention of offering elevated hair services in a calm, one-on-one environment where every guest feels cared for, educated, and genuinely seen. ✨My Training & Expertise✨ I have been a licensed stylist since 2017 and bring eight years of experience behind the chair. I am Master Certified in seven extension methods with a specialty in wefts and Combline installations. I am also Balayage Master Certified through MOB Academy. My work is rooted in advanced education, precision, and a deep understanding of natural density, movement, and what makes hair look healthy and beautiful. ✨My Approach & Passion✨ Continued education is a non-negotiable part of my career. I invest in advanced trainings so I can bring my clients the most current techniques and highest standard of results. Extensions are one of my greatest passions, not only for the skill and detail involved, but for the confidence and transformation they give women. ✨Beyond the Chair✨ Outside of the salon, I’m a mom to a boy and I enjoy traveling, warm weather, iced coffee, quiet days at home, and even taking more hair classes in my free time because I truly love this craft. The warmth and calmness I value in my own life is reflected in the way I work behind the chair. ✨New Client Experience✨ If this is your first time visiting me- WELCOME! 🩷 Your appointment has been thoughtfully reserved and my goal is for you to feel comfortable, understood, and confident from the moment you arrive. We’ll begin with a detailed consultation where I’ll learn about your hair history, your goals, your lifestyle, and your maintenance preferences. I’ll walk you through my recommendations and create a customized plan so you know exactly what we’re doing and why. Your service will be intentionally unrushed and focused on detail from application to finishing. Before you leave, I’ll make sure you feel educated about aftercare, maintenance timelines, and the products needed to protect your investment and your hair health. I want you to leave not only loving your hair that day, but also feeling supported in how to keep it looking beautiful long-term. ✨Policies & Studio Etiquette✨ To protect the experience of all guests and the integrity of my schedule, I ask that you please review the following before booking: • I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • 24+ hours notice will incur no fee, and any deposit will transfer to your next appointment. • Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the schedule service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service. • For safety and relaxation, no extra guests or children may attend unless they are receiving a service. • I do not offer refunds on services, but if you have any concerns, please reach out within 72 hours so I can determine if a refinement is appropriate. • To protect and guarantee your results and the health of your hair, I require the use of professional products recommended at your visit, especially for extension and color clients. ✨My Commitment✨ Every appointment begins with a thoughtful consultation and ends with a plan for both your transformation and the long-term health of your hair. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy✨ I fully understand that life happens. Things come up, schedules change, and emergencies are unavoidable. However, missed or last-minute cancellations leave me unable to offer that reserved time to another guest on my waitlist, and they directly impact my schedule and income. To honor all guests’ time, the following policy applies to every appointment: • 24+ Hours Notice Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice incur no fee, and any deposit will transfer to your next appointment. • Less Than 24 Hours Notice Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 50% of the reserved service. • No-Show / No Communication If you do not arrive and do not contact me, the appointment is considered a no-show and 100% of the service total will be charged. A simple text is always appreciated if something changes. Even last-minute communication is helpful. • Late Arrivals If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, I may not be able to complete your full service or may need to reschedule. In that case, late arrivals are treated the same as a late cancellation, and fees or forfeited deposits may apply. I do my absolute best to accommodate when possible, but I must also respect the time of clients scheduled after you. ⸻ Thank you for respecting this policy.
