Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy I completely understand that life happens, but when an appointment is missed or canceled without enough notice, it affects my ability to fill that spot and serve other clients on my waitlist. It also impacts my income and causes disruptions to my schedule. To help prevent this, I kindly ask that all guests (new and current) provide a credit card to keep on file. This information is securely stored and encrypted for your safety. Here’s a breakdown of my policy: • 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, there’s no charge, and your deposit will roll over to your next booking. • Less Than 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a 50% charge for the reserved service. • No-Show/Failure to Communicate: If you don’t show up or fail to contact me at all, the full service fee (100%) will be charged. A quick text to let me know if you can’t make it is super helpful, even if you’re running late. I typically wait about 20 minutes before assuming it’s a no-show, so any heads-up is appreciated. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive 10+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule depending on my schedule. If I have flexibility, I’ll do my best to fit you in, but please note that you may lose your deposit if we need to reschedule, and additional charges may apply if I can fit you in later that day. Also, being late can affect all clients after you, so I want to make sure everyone’s appointment is respected. I understand things come up, and I’m happy to work with clients who are usually on time. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain a smooth schedule for everyone!
